Each room has its own balcony/patio, panorama windows, TV, shower & WC.
Studios have galleys, sofa and armchairs. Cottage/house have full kitchens. One cleaning per week, beds prepared with linen. Extra bed SEK 350 p/night. Prices incl. VAT 12%.

Payment conditions for weekly rental:
30% within 10 days of invoice date, 70 per cent no later than 30 days before arrival. Please state number of weeks/nights and invoice number when paying. For bookings less than 30 days prior to arrival, the entire amount must be paid within 10 days of invoice date, however at the latest one day before arrival. All bookings are binding.
Cancellation conditions for weekly rental:
14–30 days prior to the start of the rental period – 20 per cent of the total amount is forfeited.
7–13 days prior to the start of the rental period – 40 per cent of the total amount is forfeited.
4–6 days prior to the start of the rental period – 60 per cent of the total amount is forfeited.
< 4 days prior to the start of the rental period – 100 per cent of the total amount is forfeited.
Cancellation may take place by letter, telefax or email. Cancellation insurance in respect of illness or similar, is not provided by the renter.
Guests must take good care of rooms. You are personally responsible for damage caused to the building or its contents. Rooms may not be used for purposes other than that it is intended for, i.e. accommodation. Only the number of people stated at the time of booking has the right of overnight accommodation. Otherwise *SHR conditions apply.
